Up GT- Empresas Deputado(a) Federal: (Partido-UF) O Grupo de Trabalho (GT) de Empresas da Frente Parlamentar Ambientalista do Congresso Nacional, coordenado pelo deputado federal, tem três temas prioritários para trabalhar ao longo da legislatura atual: Mercado de Carbono, Energias Renováveis e Reforma Tributária Verde. PL 1587/2021 - criação da “Loteria Rural Verde”, para reforçar os mecanismos de Pagamento por Serviços Ambientais. PL 412/2022 - regulamenta o Mercado Brasileiro de Redução de Emissões (MBRE). PL 1879/2022- Política de Produção e Uso do Biogás e do Biometano. PL 1878/2022 - Política que regula a produção e usos para fins energéticos do Hidrogênio Verde. PL 576/2021 - (Apensado ao PL 11247/2018) - Disciplina a outorga de autorizações para aproveitamento de potencial energético offshore.
